Sinking the 'Follower-ship'
As leaders develop a 'follower-ship', their primary resposibility is to ensure the water (environment) is safe for the vessels passage and promotes smooth sailing. If the leaders water is turbulent, unpredictable, chaotic, or hoards unexpected dangers, even in warmth, the vessel traveling over it takes on risks of instability, concern, and uncertainty for its future. When the environment turns cold, these same unpredictable and turbulent waters freeze and become a weapon that can cause distinct long-lasting damage to the vessel, even to the extent of sinking entirely.
