I should have used the term "celebrates" rather than "tolerates"...Diversity of thought is what makes a group work and should be a primary factor in identifying members when adding to your team. A leader who does not tolerate or celebrate differing opinions will create a team that ceases to provide them; as such, a team will never be any greater than the singular ego-driven mind leading it. Achieving greater success requires a leader who will go beyond the current environment, tolerate, celebrate, and embrace the notion that you don't know what you don't know - perhaps someone else has a better solution.
