At some point in our lives we may recognize the intersection between the seeds of our passion and the role we are in are mis-aligned. As we continue to grow in our own personal way, having a confirmatory alignment between the two will become our most valued asset. Anything other than congruency between passion and contribution becomes agonizing and meaningless.
