Individualized Leadership

According to my research, when an individual feels their needs are being met in a fair manner according to their personal circumstances, job satisfaction and organizational commitment rose. Note...my research determined that "Their" needs were met, not the managers needs. Values, strengths, and triggers for challenges are independent and will require the manager to understand each according to individual team mates. Expecting you can present yourself in one way and all team members should follow is a dire managerial mistake.
