Making One Whole...

One of the greatest strengths of a leader is the servant-leader quality of healing. Providing healing can be that with which we provide ourselves or that with which we provide those we lead. A variety of circumstances, experiences, or dilemmas can create angst or sorrow across the spectrum of personalities we encounter. The servant leader has an insatiable need to seek, or help seek wholeness for the person, regardless of the circumstance. A leader who does not seek understanding about what's broken is not equipped to contribute to making the person whole.
