The Size of Your Pot

For a great oak to become a great oak, it must have the opportunity to expand and grow its roots. The roots of the oak tree can stretch up to 7 times the height of the tree; however, will stay relatively superficial to the ground. As with our team members, when they are encouraged and able to seek new ground/experiences, they will, in turn, stay peripheral to their foundation, the leader. Holding an employee within the confines of a small pot, will only allow them to grow to your satisfaction, not theirs.
