True Colors is the personality by which people present themselves. The Blue personality prioritizes relationships while the Green personality prioritizes logic. The Orange personality prioritizes adventure whereas the Gold personality prioritizes rules. Understanding how each person demonstrates their values, strengths, and frustrations through their personality will assist leaders in tolerating the unique capacities each team member brings to a team. Personalities develop throughout our formative years and do not generally change, however, will continue to cultivate and strengthen throughout the remainder of our lives. When someone shows you who they are to the core, believe them, in everything they do, this is their core behavior.
